Arin has worked in the areas of racial/ethnic, gender, age/generational, sexual orientation, class, and cultural diversity, equity, discrimination and harassment in organizations for over ten years. With her new research, Arin tackles several important questions, including:

• Who is interrupted more?
• Who interrupts more?
• How are interruptions perceived?
• What can we all do to better manage interruptions and facilitate more effective communication?

After Arin presents her research, Latham lawyers will share their tips on how to manage interruptions and other communications techniques in the professional setting.
