Nicole and her partners will address important topics such as: responding to potential malpractice claims; communicating potential malpractice to clients, colleagues and carriers; plugging insurance loopholes; aggressive litigation tactics; stolen or inadvertently disclosed documents; tape recording clients; fee disputes, diversity and pay equity – and more.
