What are the ethical mandates associated with such collaborations?
In this 90 minute CLE, we will explore of counsel relationships, contractual relationships between law firms, fee structures, co-branding initiatives, and conflicts checks. Our speakers will explore relevant ethical rules and best practices for meeting ethical requirement, as well as provide an overview of current relevant case law.
