Hon. Martin Shulman was first appointed to the Appellate Division, First Department in 2020.  Before that, he was the supervising judge of the New York City Civil Court.  Judge Shulman was a Supreme Justice, elected to office in 2006, and also was appointed to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court.  Join us for an interesting evening in hearing about Judge Shulman’s first year at the Appellate Division and his insights on the year to come.
