Morgan F. Mouchette is a partner at Blank Rome LLP, an Am Law 100 firm. She received her B.A. cum laude, from the University of Miami and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Ms. Mouchette focuses her practice on matrimonial law and has experience representing high-net-worth clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation, property distribution, spousal support, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, paternity agreements and international child abduction. Ms. Mouchette has proudly served on the Board of the New York Women’s Bar Association since 2014. She also serves in leadership positions in the Black BigLaw Pipeline and My People’s Keeper, personal and professional development groups focused on the increased diversification of the legal community. Ms. Mouchette has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York and by the New York Law Journal.
